Delivery
Robin Hood Diamonds reserves the right to choose delivery carriers at its discretion. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer not being present or refusing the product, the cost for returning products will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Your Right to Cancel and Refunds
You may have cancellation rights governed by local legislation. These rights will not be affected by these Terms.
Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Products
You must inspect products upon receipt and report any damage or errors promptly to us. You are responsible for returning such products in a timely manner after reporting.
