 Free 30-Day Returns

At Robin Hood Diamonds, we stand behind each of our diamonds, engagement rings, and fine jewelry products with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a return form. You may return the item for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Free of scratches, marks, or signs of wear

  • In its original condition as received

  • Returned with all original packaging, including all original tags (Items returned without original tags attached will not be accepted), promotional gifts and certificates

  • GIA or IGI certificates and other documentation. 

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note: For loose diamond purchases (stone only, without a setting), we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

What Products Aren’t Eligible for Returns or Cancellations?

  • Orders returned outside of our 30-day return policy.

  • Rings that have been resized or modified by anyone other than us.

  • Custom pieces built entirely from scratch based on the customer’s provided picture or ideas.

Free Return Process

Obtain a Return Form and prepaid shipping label from a RobinHood Diamonds representative. Package your purchased item along with the original accompanying materials (including the completed invoice, appraisal and diamond certificate, jewelry boxes, and free gifts with purchase if applicable) into a securely sealed shipping box.

Free Ring Resizing

For the lifetime of your Robin Hood Diamonds purchase, we offer complimentary resizing for your ring. Resizing availability may vary depending on the ring or jewelry style, and certain designs may be subject to limitations or exceptions, such as eternity bands and tennis bracelets. For the first 30 days after your purchase, we provide free shipping for both sending your ring in for resizing and returning it to you. After this initial period, resizing services remain completely free, and customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. The resizing process typically takes 1-3 business days once the shipment is received. 

International Orders

Due to customs procedures and additional paperwork required to ship jewelry items across borders, we do not offer resizing services for international orders. International orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, excluding the shipping insurance fee. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, customs fees, taxes, postage, and duties during the return process.
