Shipping policy

Complimentary Shipping & Returns

All our jewelry is shipped via complimentary FedEx 2-Day Express service. Each package is fully insured, and requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring it reaches you safely and securely.

Production Time

Each piece of jewelry is made to order with a production time of 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. Once completed, your order will be shipped using FedEx 2-Day shipping service, fully insured and with a signature required for delivery.

Signature Required

To protect the security of your shipment, we require signature at the time of delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier. Our double-boxed packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, a notification will be sent once it has been shipped or out for delivery.

Hold at FedEx® Location

If you prefer, we can arrange to hold your package at a local FedEx® location to be picked up at your convenience. For your protection, signature and proof of identity are required to pick up your held shipment. If you would like to have your package sent to a FedEx® location, or to locate the FedEx® facility closest to you, please contact us.

International Orders

International orders are sent via FedEx International Priority®. Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the country of import
