Lifetime Warranty

All Robinhood Diamonds jewelry comes with a Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers services such as rhodium plating, prong tightening and re-tipping, refinishing and polishing, professional cleaning, repair of cracked or damaged bands, broken clasps or chains, broken earring posts, and replacement of lost accent or side stones. 

For the first 30 days after your purchase, we offer free shipping both to send your product in for repair and to have it returned to you. After this initial period, the repair service will still be free, but customers will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.

Please note that the warranty does not cover the loss of the center stone.

At Robin Hood Diamonds LLC, we take pride in the craftsmanship of each of our pieces, subjecting them to the highest standards of quality. All of our jewelry is manufactured using premium materials and expert techniques, and each item is thoroughly inspected before being delivered to you.

Free Ring Resizing

For up to one year from your Robin Hood Diamonds purchase, we offer a one-time complimentary resizing service for your ring. Within the first 30 days, we also provide free shipping both ways for the resizing process. 

After 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once the one-time complimentary resizing has been used or after one year, any additional resizing services will be available for a fee.

The resizing process typically takes 1 to 3 business days once your ring is received. Please note that diamond eternity bands, custom designs, and certain materials cannot be resized.

Diamond Upgrades

For our clients who purchase a certified lab-grown loose diamond from Robin Hood Diamonds Inc, we offer a diamond upgrade option. The original stone may be upgraded to a diamond of at least twice the value of the original purchase. You'll receive a full credit for the cost of your original diamond, minus a restocking fee, which can be applied to the new diamond. This policy is only valid for undamaged, lab-grown diamonds that are eligible for upgrade and accompanied by the original diamond grading report.

Care & Maintenance

To ensure your jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it, we offer complimentary cleanings and prong inspections once a year. Additionally, repair jobs are included in our lifetime warranty. For routine care or repairs, simply reach out to us, and we'll ensure your item is taken care of.

Jewelry Insurance

Each piece of jewelry from Robin Hood Diamonds Inc comes with a gemological appraisal issued by a certified gemologist. This document serves as a verification of the replacement value of your jewelry and can be submitted to your insurance provider. We also offer complimentary re-appraisals to reflect any appreciation in value over time. It is recommended that you insure your jewelry through your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy to protect against loss or theft.
